Following this, the government came for the people, but it came not as king like the public people.

         Generally various type of government in this world that is important 1. Democracy [Direct and Indirect Democracy, (Switzerland, India)] 2. Presidential republic (America), Monarchy (UK), 4. Communism (Russian), 5. Military Dictatorship (Myanmar and Pakistan), 6. Dictatorship (Idi Amin-Uganda, Ferdinand Marcos-Philippine, Adobe Hitler-Germany), 7. Autocracy (king or individual). All this government is for the public people and like the public people. It was what the rule of the king was, or what was the rule of the people, or what was the dictatorial rule. Everything is the rule of the public people. Everyone is public people. So everyone will make faults in this world life.

     These are just a few of their actions to distinguish these rulers from the public people. Only these actions are one of the most important of the rulers. The law defines their actions. These acts can be done in accordance with the law. We cannot deny them that these all are public people, even if they do the legitimate actions. Whoever says (thinks) that i am not a public people, I am a king, I am a president, I am a prime minister, and I am a chief minister it means that he is in ignorance. More faults will definitely behave by in ignorant person. What does ignorance mean here? Let's see this later in detail.

   They would say (think) that i am a king, the president, the prime minister, the chief minister and if they are in ignorance, it's not a normal. This is very dangerous. What do you think this risk is?  Let's see these later in detail. Who think that we all are public people they should well aware their actions. Here we will see some of the faults that make them ignorant.

       When a king thinks that i am the king of this country, he can call others in any way but he will easily divide people into the public people. At that time, all of the assets of this country are public property, and I am the king of this country so he makes it easy to convert these assets into our property. Similarly, he will change the law like suitable to them, and then he will bring a law to the people (to control people). The current laws are the greater that the laws controlling the public people. How do we believe that these are the faults that the king is ignorant of? [If the king is intelligent (as king), why are the faults going to happen?]  We are going to see later what the ignorance of these kings is. Well, if there is any solution for this, then all his assets must be converted into public property after the king's death because; they are the public property that was captured by king’s ignorance. There is another reason for this, i.e. private property. Because there are a lot of difference between the private property and the king's property. Let's see this later in details. 

      I knew so far, only the king maker Kamarajar of the rulers conducted the public people regime. M. G. Ramachandran (MGR) held the rule only for the public people.           பொது மக்கள் என்பவர்கள் யார்? மனிதர்கள் (நாம்) அனைவரும் பொது மக்கள்தான், அதாவது பொதுவான மக்கள். இதில் எந்தவித மாற்று கருத்தும் இல்லை. இதை நாம் அனைவரும் முதலில் நன்கு புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். இந்த புரிதலில்தான் அரசாங்கமே தோன்றுகிறது. அதாவது எவர் ஒருவர் இந்த "பொது மக்கள்" என்ற வார்த்தையின் பொருளை அறியவில்லையோ அவர்தான் அரசாங்கம் என்ற ஒரு வார்த்தையை உண்டுபண்ணுகிறார்.  எனவே "பொது மக்கள்" என்ற வார்த்தையின் பொருளை புரிந்து கொள்ளா வேண்டுமென்றால் அதற்க்கு முன்னாடி அரசாங்கம் என்ற வார்த்தையின் பொருளை அறிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். ஏன்னென்றால் "பொது மக்கள்" என்ற வார்த்தையின் பொருளை புரிந்து கொள்ளாமல்தான் அரசாங்கம் என்ற ஒரு வார்த்தையை உண்டுபண்ணார்கள். அரசாங்கம்

          தற்போதுள்ள மனிதர்களின் அரசாங்கம் பல வகைகள் (பெயர்கள்) உண்டு. எடுத்துக்காட்டாக: மன்னராட்சி, மக்களாட்சி, மற்றும் ஜனாதிபதி ஆட்சி.  இப்படி அது போய்க்கொண்டே இருக்கும். அதாவது பொது மக்கள் என்பதை புரிந்து கொள்ளாத வரையில் இதேபோல் நம்மால் 1000 அரசாங்கத்தை கொண்டு வர முடியும் இந்த உலகத்தில்.

அரசங்கதின் வரலாறு 

       முதன் முதலில் மனிதர்கள் வாழ்ந்த இடம் லெமூரியா கண்டம் என வரலாற்று ஆசிரியர்கள் கூறுகிறார்கள். மேலும் இங்கிருந்துதான் உலக முழுவதும் பரவினார்கள் என்றும் அவர்கள் கூறுகிறார்கள். அக்காலகட்டத்தின் முதல் இந்நாள் வரை அரசாங்கம் என்பது படிப்படியாக வளர்ந்து வந்துள்ளது.  அதாவது முதலில் தனி தனியாக வாழ்ந்த மனிதன் பிறகு ஜோடியாக, குடும்பமாக, குழுவாக, மற்றும் ஒரு இடத்தில் சேர்ந்து வாழ ஆரம்பித்தான். எனவே மனிதன் ஒன்றாக சேர்ந்து வாழ்ந்த போது ஏற்பட்ட பிரச்சனைகளை தீர்த்து வைப்பதற்கு ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டதுதான் அரசாங்கம். இங்கே அரசாங்கம் என்பது தனியாக ஒன்று இல்லை அதாவது பொதுவான மனிதர்களில் அவரும் ஒருவர். அப்போது அரசாங்கம் என்ற பெயர் வேறு எந்த ரூபத்திலும் இல்லை. இக்காலகட்டத்தில் இருந்த அரசாங்கம் மிகவும் சுத்தமான அரசாங்கம் ஏனென்றால் அதற்க்கு பெயர் பொது மக்கள் (அரசாங்கம்).  தற்போது இந்த உலகத்தில் உள்ள எல்லா வகையான அரசாங்கமும் இந்த அரசாங்கத்திடமிருந்துதான் தொடங்குக்குகிறது. பல காலத்திற்கு பிறகு மன்னர்கள் வந்தார்கள் பொது மக்களுக்காக ஆனால் பொது மக்களாக அல்ல. இதனை தொடர்ந்து அரசாங்கம் வந்தது மக்களுக்காக ஆனால் இது மன்னர்கள் போல் அல்லாமல் பொது மக்களை போல் வந்தது.

       பொதுவாக இந்த உலகத்தில் பலவகையான அரசாங்கம் இருக்கிறது அவைகளில் முக்கியமானது  1. ஜனநாயகம் [நேரடி மற்றும் மறைமுக ஜனநாயகம், (சுவிட்சர்லாந்து,இந்திய)], 2. குடியரசு தலைவர் ஆட்சி (ஜனநாயகம்) (அமெரிக்கா), 3. முடியாட்சி (இங்கிலாந்து), 4. கம்யூனிசம் (ரஷ்சிய) 5. ராணுவ சர்வாதிகாரம் (மியான்மர் மற்றும் பாக்கிஸ்தான்), 6. சர்வாதிகாரம் (இடியாமின்-உகாண்டா, பெர்டினாட் மார்கோஸ்-பிலிபைனான்ஸ், அடோப் ஹிட்லர்-ஜெர்மனி), 7. எதோச்சதிகாரம் (மன்னர் அல்லது தனி நபர்), ஆகியவையாகும். இந்த அரசாங்கம் அனைத்தும் பொது மக்களுக்காக, பொது மக்களை போல் உள்ள அரசாங்கம். அது மன்னர் ஆட்சியை இருந்த என்ன அல்லது மக்கள் ஆட்சியா இருந்த என்ன அல்லது சர்வாதிகார ஆட்சியை இருந்த என்ன. எல்லாமே பொது மக்கள் ஆட்சிதான். அனைவரும் பொது மக்கள்தான். எனவே அனைவரும் தவறுகளை செய்வார்கள் இந்த உலக வாழ்க்கையில்.

         பொது மக்களிடமிருந்து இந்த ஆட்சியாளர்களை வேறுபடுத்தி காட்டுவது இவர்களுடைய ஒரு சில செயல்கள்தான். இந்த செயல்கள்தான் ஆட்சியாளர்களிடம் உள்ள மிக முக்கியமான ஒன்று. இவர்களுடைய செயல்களைத்தான் சட்டம் வரையறை செய்கிறது. சட்டத்தில் உள்ளபடிதான் இவர்கள் செயல்களை செய்யமுடியும். இவர்கள் சட்டப்படி செயல்களை செய்தாலும் இவர்கள் அனைவரும் பொது மக்கள் என்பதை நாம் மறுத்துவிட முடியாது. நான் பொது மக்கள் அல்ல, நான் ஒரு மன்னன், நான் ஒரு ஜனாதிபதி, நான் ஒரு பிரதமர், நான் ஒரு முதலமைச்சர், என்று எவர் ஒருவர் கூறுகிறாரே (நினைக்கிறாரோ) அவர் அறியாமையில் இருக்கிறார் என்று அர்த்தம். அறியாமையில் உள்ளவர்களால் கண்டிப்பாக தப்புகள் நடக்கும். இங்கே அறியாமை என்பது எதை குறிக்கிறது? இதை பிறகு விரிவாக பார்க்கலாம்.

         நான் ஒரு மன்னன், ஜனாதிபதி, பிரதமர், முதலமைச்சர் என்று  கூறும் (நினைக்கும்) இவர்கள், அறியாமையில் இருக்கிறார் என்றால் அது சாதாரணமான விஷயம் அல்ல. இது மிகவும் அபாயகரமானது. இந்த அபாயம் என்பது எப்படி இருக்கும் என்று நினைக்கிறீர்கள்? இவைகளையும்  பிறகு விரிவாக பார்க்கலாம். நாம் அனைவரும் பொது மக்கள் என்று நினைப்பவர்கள் இவர்களை நன்கு கண்காணிக்க வேண்டும். இங்கே இவர்கள் அறியாமையால் செய்யும் தப்புகளை ஒரு சிலவற்றை பார்ப்போம்.

              ஒரு மன்னன், நான் இந்நாட்டின் மன்னன் என்று நினைக்கும் போது, அவர் மற்றவர்களை எப்படி வேண்டுமென்றாலும் அழைக்கலாம் ஆனால் அவர் மக்களை பொது மக்கள் என்று பிரித்துவிடுவார். அப்போது இந்நாட்டினுடைய சொத்துக்கள் அனைத்தும் பொதுமக்கள் சொத்து, நான் இந்நாட்டின் மன்னன் எனவே இந்த சொத்துக்களை நமது சொத்தாக மாற்ற வேண்டும் என்று அவர் சுலபமாக மாற்றி விடுவார். இதேபோல் சட்டத்தையும் அவருக்கு தகுந்தாப்போல் மாற்றி விடுவார். பிறகு போது மக்களுக்கென்று (மக்களை கட்டுப்படுத்த) ஒரு சட்டத்தையும் கொண்டுவந்துவிடுவார். தற்போது உள்ள சட்டங்கள் அதிகமாக இருப்பது பொது மக்களை கட்டுபடுத்தும் சட்டங்கள்தான். இவைகள் எல்லாம் மன்னன் அறியாமை செய்யும் தப்புக்கள் என்று நாம் எப்படி நம்புவது? [மன்னன் அறிவாளியாக (மன்னனாக) இருந்தால் தப்புக்கள் ஏன் நடக்கப்போகிறது?] இந்த மன்னர்களுடைய அறியாமை என்ன என்பதைத்தான் பிறகு பார்க்க போகிறோம். சரி இதற்க்கு ஏதாவது தீர்வு இருக்க என்றல் இருக்கு  மன்னன் இறந்துவிட்ட பிறகு அவருடைய சொத்துக்கள் அனைத்தும் பொது சொத்துக்களாக மாற்றப்பட வேண்டும். ஏன்னென்றால் மன்னரின் அறியாமையால் கைப்பற்றப்பட்ட பொது சொத்துக்கள் தானே அவைகள். இதற்கு இன்னொரு காரணமும் உண்டு அதாவது தனியார் சொத்துக்கள். ஏன்னென்றால் தனியார் சொத்துக்கும் மன்னரின் சொத்துக்கும் அதிக வித்தியாசங்கள் உள்ளன.  இதையும் பிறகு விலாவரியாக பார்க்கலாம். 

         எனக்கு இதுவரை தெரிந்த ஆட்சியாளர்களில் கர்ம வீரர் காமராஜர் மட்டுமே பொது மக்கள் ஆட்சியை நடத்தினார். எம் ஜி ராமசந்திரன் (எம்ஜிஆர்) (MGR) பொதுமக்களுக்காகவே ஆட்சியை நடத்தினார். மேலும் இந்த உலகத்தில் பிடல் காஸ்ட்ரோ, விளாடிமிர் லெனின் மற்றும் யாசர் அராபத் ஆகியோர் இருக்கலாம்.

           த. ஆதிகேசவன் என்றவனாகிய நான், தமிழன் என்பதால் எனக்கும் இந்த நீட் போட்டி தேர்வு பற்றி ஒரு சில சந்தேகங்கள் இருக்கு. முக்கியமா என்னுடைய நோக்கம், இலக்கு, எல்லாமே வறுமை, வேலையில்லாத்திண்டாட்டம், மற்றும் தீவிரவாதத்தை இந்த உலகத்திலிருந்து வேரோடு எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பததுதான். எனவே நாம் இந்த உலகத்திலிருந்து இந்த மூன்றையும் வேரோடு எடுக்க வேண்டுமென்றால் எல்லாமே சரியாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதுதான் என்னுடைய விருப்பம் ஏன்னென்றால் இந்த உலகத்தில் உள்ள எல்லாமே சரியாக இருக்க முடியும் என்பது என்னுடைய கருத்து ஆனால் இந்த உலகத்தை பொறுத்தவரை உண்மையே அதுதான்.  

           ஒருவர் இன்னொருத்தவருக்கு உதவி செய்ய வேண்டுமென்றால் அவர் கேட்க்கும் உதவி பொறுத்து இருக்கு. உதவி என்பதுஅறிவு (புத்திமதி), வழி காட்டுதல், உழைப்பு,    மற்றும் பொருள் ஆகியவை ஆகும். நம்முடையதை மற்றவருக்கு கொடுக்க எந்த தடையும் இல்லை. இங்கே உதவி கேட்பவர், உதவி செய்பவர், உதவி கேட்கும் பொருள் மற்றும் அப்பொருளின் உரிமையாளர் என நான்கு வகைகளாக இருக்கின்றன.   

             உதாரணமாக, ஒரு குஜராத் மாணவர் மாண்புமிகு இந்திய பிரதம மந்திரியிடம் தமிழ் நாட்டில் மருத்துவம் படிக்கச் எனக்கு உதவி செய்யுங்கள் என்று கேட்கிறார். இது ஒரு பிரச்சினையே கிடையாது அவருக்கு. ஆனால் அதுவே பல மாநிலத்திலிருந்து பல மாணவர்கள் கேட்கிறார்கள் என்றல் கொஞ்சம் சிரமமான விஷயம்தான் அவருக்கு. ஏனென்றால் ஒரு சிறப்புமிக்க இந்தியாவின் - பிரதம மந்திரி இந்தியாவில் உள்ள அனைத்து மாணவ செல்வங்களையும் சமமாக பார்க்க வேண்டும். அவர்தான் இந்தியாவின் சிறப்புமிக்க பிரதம மந்திரி ஆவர். எனவே இந்தியாவின் ஒரு சிறப்புமிக்க பிரதம மந்திரிக்கு சற்று சிரமமான விஷயம்தான் அது. இந்த சூழ்நிலையில் அவர் என்ன செய்தல் அது சரியாக இருக்கும்? என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும்?        

             இப்பொழுது தமிழ் நாட்டில் மருத்துவம் படிப்பதற்கு இந்தியாவின் சிறப்புமிக்க பிரதம மந்திரி ஒரு ஒப்புதல் பெறவேண்டும் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதல்வரிடம். அந்த ஒப்புதல் என்ன என்பது இந்தியாவின் சிறப்புமிக்க பிரதம மந்திரிக்கும் மற்றும் தமிழக மாண்புமிகு முதல்வருக்கும் நன்றாகவே தெரியும். எத்தனை மாணவ செல்வங்களாக இருந்தாலும் பரவாயில்லை பிரச்சனை ஒழிந்தது. இந்த சூழ் நிலையில் தமிழக மக்களிடம் பிரச்சனை தோன்றினால் அதை சமாளிப்பது தமிழக மாண்புமிகு முதவருடைய கடமையாகும். ஆனால் இந்த நீட் தேர்வில் எல்லாமே வேறுமாதிரிய தலைகீழா இருக்கு. அதன்காரணத்தினால் தமிழகத்தின் ஒரு மாணவி இறந்துபோனதுதான் மிச்சம்.

         தமிழ் நாட்டு மாணவ செல்வங்கள் தமிழ் நாட்டில் மருத்துவம் படிப்பதற்கு என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும்? எந்த மொழியில் படிக்க வேண்டும்? எந்த மாநிலத்தில் படிக்க வேண்டும்?  எந்த பள்ளியில் படிக்க வேண்டும்? நீட் என்ற பொது தேர்வை ஏன் எழுத வேண்டும்? நீட் பொது தேர்வை எழுத யார் கட்டளை இட வேண்டும்? ஏன் நீட் தேர்வு தமிழில் இல்லை? இப்படி கேள்விகளை அடிக்கி கொண்டே போகலாம்.

''ஒரு கல்வியாளராக இருந்துகொண்டு ஏன் நீட் தேர்வை எதிர்க்கிறீர்கள்... நம் கல்வித் துறை மேம்பட வேண்டும் என்று உங்களுக்கு விருப்பம் இல்லையா...?''

''புரியவில்லை. நீட் தேர்வுக்கும் உலக வர்த்தக அமைப்புக்கும், உலக மூலதனத்துக்கும் என்ன சம்பந்தம்...?''
